Owner-Operator
Joe "Bob" Treadwell
Joe “Bob” Treadwell is the owner and operator of JRT Home Solutions and the “JRT” behind the company name. With a lifetime of hands-on work across multiple industries, Bob brings real-world experience, grit, and a practical mindset to every aspect of the business. He and his wife, Naomi, have been business partners for decades, working side by side across multiple ventures and continuing that partnership today at JRT Home Solutions.
Bob’s background includes vocational training in carpentry and building his own first home early in his career. Before founding JRT Home Solutions, Bob spent 25 years as a commercial lobsterman, followed by seven years owning and operating a large marina, and five years owning and expanding a manufactured home park with Naomi. These experiences shaped his strong work ethic and gave him extensive knowledge of heavy equipment operation, construction processes, building codes, and property management. He has been a Pleasant Valley and Pine Grove Homes dealer since 2018 and leads JRT Home Solutions with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and doing the job right the first time.
Bob is closely involved in every phase of our projects. From land clearing and excavation to overseeing home installations and completing finish work, he takes a hands-on approach to ensure each home meets his high standards. Bob takes pride in guiding customers through what can otherwise be a stressful process, working alongside Naomi to support clients from start to finish. His goal is to help families, including first-time homebuyers, move from renting into homes they can afford, build equity in, and feel confident about for years to come.
Office and Operations Manager
Naomi Treadwell
Naomi Treadwell is the administrative lead at JRT Home Solutions. A longtime business partner to her husband, Bob, Naomi brings decades of experience in operations, property management, and customer service to the company. Together, they previously owned and operated a marina for seven years and a manufactured home park for five years, experiences that built a strong foundation in business management and client relations. Naomi’s background also includes hands-on property management experience with both long-term rental homes and short-term vacation rentals.
At JRT Home Solutions, Naomi manages the administrative and client-facing operations of the business with a high level of organization and attention to detail. Her responsibilities include office management, billing, email communication, and coordination with vendors and lenders. She oversees home orders and works closely with customers throughout the home selection and design process, using her natural eye for design to help them choose layouts, finishes, and options that fit their needs. Naomi keeps projects organized, timelines on track, and communication clear, helping make the home-buying experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Digital Marketing and Web Manager
Rebekah Qu
Rebekah Qu is the Digital Marketing and Web Manager at JRT Home Solutions and the daughter of Bob and Naomi Treadwell. She oversees the company’s website, digital marketing strategy, social media platforms, and online advertising to ensure the business is represented professionally and consistently across all channels. Rebekah built and manages the JRT Home Solutions website and creates digital media, including promotional videos and marketing content, to showcase current projects and available opportunities for customers.
Rebekah holds multiple undergraduate degrees spanning business, economics, political science, and software development. She spent her post-college professional career with a subsidiary of a Fortune 100 technology company, most recently as a web developer, before shifting her focus to spend more time at home after becoming a mom.
In addition to her technical background, Rebekah brings experience in content creation and social media strategy from running a content-focused website and social media platform, giving her a practical understanding of audience engagement, brand storytelling, and digital outreach. Rebekah brings a detail-oriented, data-driven approach to how JRT Home Solutions shows up online. Her goal is to make the home-buying process feel more transparent, approachable, and informative for every family we serve.
Design and Brand Support Specialist
Katherine Guay
Katherine Guay is a Design and Brand Support Specialist at JRT Home Solutions and the daughter of Bob and Naomi Treadwell. She helps customers choose design options and finishing details that turn a house into a home.
Katherine is also the designer behind JRT Home Solutions’ logo and physical branded materials. Through her small business, Vacationland Creations (vacationlandcreations.com), she creates custom apparel, tote bags, blankets, tea towels, aprons, mugs, and more. She works with JRT Home Solutions and other small businesses to produce high-quality custom items that reflect each brand’s identity and values.
As part of the JRT Home Solutions team, Katherine brings a creative eye and a practical understanding of how thoughtful design enhances both the customer experience and the business as a whole.
